This is a challenging and stimulating course aimed at deepening your personal impact and expanding your influencing styles.   You will also gain greater awareness of your preferred influencing styles, build on your ability to lead through example and create the appropriate levels of credibility and approachability. The workshops are extremely practical and you will run through activities and deliver a number of speeches and presentations. The objectives are:

• To physically demonstrate influencing qualities.
• How to come across as a more credible communicator.
• How to appear more approachable to a group.
• Managing the differences between group and 1:1 communication.
• Delivering difficult messages while and not jeopardising relationships.
• Recognising what is important to someone else by accurately reading their non-verbal communication.
• Gaining more techniques for building rapport and engaging others.
• Being more aware of the impact of using push or pull influencing styles.
• Gaining permission to lead others in an influential way.
