David Willis is a partner with Cmt. He has coached actors in the West End and at The Royal Shakespeare Company He trained as an actor and is a professional voice coach and body language expert. He has taught in many of London’s leading drama schools as well as in Europe the United States and South East Asia.. David is an accredited NLP Master Practitioner, an NLP Coach, he is a qualified Master in Group Dynamics and is a Cardiac Coherence Trainer. David won a top speaker award by Vistage, an International Chief Executives' organisation, for being inspiring and motivational. He is also one of the few people in the UK licenced to evaluate Benziger profiles. Helen is an award winning journalist and former BBC Television producer with extensive broadcast experience. In radio she worked as a reporter, producer, newsreader and won a Sony Award for the best News and Current Affairs programme. Helen is an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and is a founding partner at Cmt where she specialises in delivering media & presentation skills, personal development programmes and conference coaching. Helen is one of the few people in the UK licenced to evaluate Benziger profiles. Gordon is an international trainer with more than 30 years’ experience. He has delivered training and coaching in sales, customer relationship management, presentation skills and team building. Gordon’s background is in industry having worked for a number of large retail companies and as a general manager and the head of training for a major food business. He is in demand globally as a conference speaker and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Gordon is passionate about performance and has had first-hand experience handling audiences in the tough world of stand-up comedy. Edda is specialist voice and dialect coach with Cmt Having gained an MA in Voice Studies she trained actors and drama students before applying her skills to business. Edda has worked on live West End shows like 'Peggy Sue got Married' and 'Art'. She works with Cmt as a voice and body language coach delivering communication and presentation skills training. She is also an accredited NLP Master Practitioner. Edda has recently published a book on dialects called 'How to do Accents' and developed an online accent app for the development of English accents around the world. Hugh is a talented voice and accent coach having gained an MA in Voice Studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama. He has a wide repertoire working as a dialect coach in the theatre and training business clients in presentation, impact & influencing techniques. Hugh’s original background was in the theatre where he worked as actor in many successful productions at the National and Shakespeare’s Globe. He holds a NLP Practitioner Qualification and is the personal voice coach to the comedian, Rory Bremner. Claudette is passionate about coaching and mentoring people to help them achieve their full potential. She comes from a solid leadership background with more than 25 years’ experience running departments in the public sector including the London Mayor’s office. She honed her communication skills to reach a wide variety of audiences as a director of large government departments where she specialised in the regeneration of rundown areas. Claudette is also an accomplished singer, saxophonist and potter. Louise is a talented presentation skills trainer and classicist with a love of foreign languages. She has worked in the Middle East and Europe teaching and designing language and business courses and speaks six languages including Arabic, French and Greek. Louise has a post-graduate diploma in drama education and an advanced certificate in Phonetics. She has trained as an actor and has classical and modern stage experience. The skills she learned for the theatre she uses in the corporate sector as a voice and body language coach. Tracy is Cmt’s energetic Office Manager responsible for the smooth running of the business. She handles the day to day logistics and is very often the first person you will have contact with. Having started her career as a travel agent Tracy has continued to be a supreme organiser and is an accredited NLP Practitioner. Out of work she is a qualified Mediator and volunteers her skills to supporting vulnerable people within the community. Phillip Law is an actor with over thirty years experience in the theatre, television, films, commercials and voiceovers. In the West End he has appeared in “Dirty Linen” at the Arts Theatre and “The Merry Widow” at the London Coliseum. He also played Peter in “No Sex Please, We’re British” at the Jarla Theatre, Stockholm. He has extensive experience in the corporate world in sales, recruitment and training. For the past nine years he has been heavily involved in Roleplay work for a wide range of commercial organisations. He also delivers “An Introduction to Roleplay” workshop to students at drama schools. Victoria is an accomplished Voice and Communication Coach, working in both the arts and the business worlds. Having trained first as an actor at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama, she worked in a variety of theatre, film, TV and radio roles before studying for her MA in Voice Studies at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She went on to teach at many of London’s leading drama schools and worked with actors at The Royal Shakespeare Company, The Bridge Theatre and is currently delighted to be part of the team at The Royal National Theatre. Victoria has coached a diverse spectrum of corporate clients from Fjord, Lloyds TSB, Lufthansa German Airlines, and HM Treasury. Louise is an experienced trainer and qualified coach. Originally from a Financial Services background, she has more than 10 years’ experience designing and delivering national and international leadership and skills development programmes. Louise is most at home working on the behaviours associated with leading, presenting, building relationships and negotiating. She is an NLP practitioner and is qualified to use the MBTI & SDI psychometric tools. One of Louise’s proudest moments is running a marathon recently and she continues to raise money for a number of charities. Formerly an actress, Kate has been coaching individuals and groups in communication skills for more than 20 years. A highly experienced voice and body language coach, she has worked with CEOs, Cabinet Ministers, actors, amongst others. She helps them build confidence and skill in their ability to communicate their message authentically and skilfully with body, voice and word in a variety of situations. She combines practical techniques with a holistic approach. She has a MA in Psychology, a PG Dip in Voice Studies, and extensive studies in Applied Linguistics focusing on the language of power and influence. Passionate about a finely turned phrase, she is a published poet and regularly performs her own work. Richard is a seasoned voice and presentation coach. Richard crafted his skills as a voice and dialect coach at Central School of Speech and Drama. During the past ten years he has mixed his time between business and the voice departments at the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal National Theatre and on film and TV sets. He is also qualified as an NLP Practitioner. Richard recently developed an online accent app for the development of English accents around the world. Caroline is a leadership specialist, and qualified coach with over 20 years’ experience. Her background includes designing and delivering programmes for the UK and internationally. A certified Strengths and NLP practitioner, she is qualified in a number of psychometric tools including MBTI, Hogan Development Survey and Firo. Caroline’s focus is working with people to improve their performance exploring values, unrealised strengths and developing skills and behaviours associated with high levels of self-awareness, emotional maturity and positive relationships. Caroline has achieved her ambition to experience a cuban roll and fly upside down in a Pitts Special Aerobatic Biplane. Kate, a former actor, works with leaders in the political and business world, both in the UK and internationally. She uses her expertise as a role-player in challenging scenarios to help develop their skills and behaviours. She has a strong performance and coaching background which she applies to working to help people with communication skills, leadership behaviours and audience engagement. Kate is also in demand as a presenter at award ceremonies, live events, corporate videos and training films. Danièle is an experienced Voice Coach, having obtained an MA in Voice at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. She spans the worlds of Business and the Arts having started her professional life acting extensively in Film, Theatre and TV. As a Voice Coach Danièle has worked with The National Theatre, The Royal Shakespeare Company, English National Opera and West End productions including Harry Potter, School of Rock and Billy Elliott. She is in demand as a specialist in accent and dialects and also works as a Voice Over artist. Sheelagh is a global voice, speech and presentation skills trainer and coach. After attending The Guildhall School of Music & Drama she worked as a teacher and an actor. Sheelagh went on to train as a voice coach at The Central School of Speech and Drama. Her work with business and political leaders spans several countries in mainland Europe, the UK, and North America. Sheelagh works with Cmt as a voice and body language coach delivering communication and presentation skills training.

Kate is a voice and speech specialist based in the U.S. In addition to her work with CMT, Kate is a professor at Texas State University, a dialect coach, voiceover artist/coach, and Equity actor. She has taught and coached at highly acclaimed university theatre programs and regional theatres across the U.S. and in London. She earned her MFA in Voice from the Central School of Speech and Drama and is a member of the Voice & Speech Trainers Association, AEA, and SAG-AFTRA. Kate also enjoys developing her musical voice through learning to play the guitar. Rockford Sansom is a voice specialist based in the US. He comes from an acting background where he performed leading roles in Broadway tours, off-Broadway, in repertory and Shakespeare festivals across the United States. Rockford has taught voice skills at numerous universities in the US and abroad and is a leading light in online, hybrid, and other forms of non-traditional education. He is particularly proud of losing nearly 200 pounds without surgery and spends his free time pretending to play the piano. Theresa is an experienced voice and speech trainer in the U.S. Theresa works with broadcasters, corporate clients and actors. As well as her work with Cmt She is currently coaching actors for professional productions in NYC and teaching undergraduate drama students at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. As a performer, Theresa appeared on Broadway in The Heidi Chronicles and I’m Not Rappaport, and in productions Off-Broadway, at Lincoln Center, and on PBS American Playhouse as well as in regional theatres around the U.S. Theresa holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama, is a certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework® and loves to help others achieve their goals.
